The National Research Foundation (NRF) is a department within the Prime Minister's Office. NRF sets the national direction for research, innovation and enterprise (RIE) by developing policies, plans and strategies; funding strategic initiatives that strengthen our scientific and technological capabilities, growing the RIE talent base, and enabling economic and national impact through research and innovation. The Communications Division works closely with all divisions across NRF to drive the RIE agenda in Singapore, including communicating RIE’s priorities and strengthening public and stakeholder understanding of NRF’s work.
