The Role

We are looking for a Maintenance and Design Engineer to join our team in a unique hybrid role that combines hands‑on maintenance engineering with mechanical, electrical, and design activities. This position is vital for maintaining operational uptime across machinery and facilities while developing engineered solutions to support business needs.

You will report to the Director of Customer Experience, offering a role filled with variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work across prototyping and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & fault-finding: maintain machinery, tooling, and equipment availability. Diagnose root causes and troubleshoot mechanical systems under time pressure.
