REQUIRED TRAINING - QUALIFICATION  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field  Specialization in structural design, machinery design, lifting systems or mechatronics (valued)  Training in CAD design tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor or CATIA  Certification or proven knowledge of relevant standards (EN 280, ISO, CE compliance) (desirable)  Knowledge in hydraulic and/or electrical systems design (desirable)  (Project management training (e.g., PMP or equivalent – valued))  Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma fundamentals (desirable)  Professional level of English (minimum B2–C1)  Previous experience in industrial product design environments (2–5 years typically required)
