Job Description

The role of the Design Engineer is to plan, design and model the scenarios for the development of the sewage system to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective management of network replacement and assets expansion.

Your role

• Assess project requests.
• Forecast and plan for future demand.
• Evaluate hydraulic calculations and assess catchment characteristics.
• Develop project scope from outline statement of requirements.
• Review TORS, tender/contract documents for discipline related inputs.
• Evaluate technical offers, and review and approve technical submittals and proposals.
• Provide reports, drawings, calculations, etc., as specified in the contract.
• Specify and design works as required and advised by Client. Also perform technical overview of Consultant deliverables.
