A leading regional main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to join their growing team based in Malvern.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the Midlands and South West. The business delivers projects across education, healthcare, residential and leisure sectors, with project values ranging from £250k to £30m.

The Role

Managing design across multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, clients and internal project teams
Chairing design team meetings and driving design progress
Managing design programmes and information release schedules
Reviewing designs for buildability, compliance and value engineering opportunities
