Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Design Manager
to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of design activities for hospital/healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that design deliverables meet functional, regulatory, and quality standards while aligning with project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Design Management
Lead and manage
end-to-end design process
for hospital projects (concept to execution).
Coordinate with architects, consultants (MEP, structural, medical planners), and contractors.
Review and validate
design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications .
Ensure designs comply with
hospital planning norms, NABH/JCI guidelines , and local regulations.
