Summary
We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to support the Pre-Construction Lead and Senior Design Manager in delivering tender stage responsibilities and managing design coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will review project information, including Employer's Requirements, Contractor's Proposals, and Design Team appointments, to ensure all parties understand their contractual obligations.

Key duties include agreeing specialist subcontractor procurement strategies with the site team, producing and monitoring the Project Stage Design Programme and associated deliverables, and managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) including file structures, workflows, and security rights.
