Key Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and improve product designs to meet customer, budget, and manufacturing requirements.
Manage your own workload and ensure alignment with customer approval and production schedules.
Support the ongoing development of systems and working practices within the Design Office.
Liaise with customers via phone and email to ensure requirements are fully understood and delivered.
Produce bespoke design solutions for site‑specific projects.
Work collaboratively with factory team leaders to ensure smooth production processes.
