Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Lead a team of designers and draftsmen for delivering full project design packages.
- Approve all design submissions ensuring compliance with standards codes and client requirements.
- Liaise with consultants contractors and internal project teams for coordination.
- Prepare technical submittals calculation reports and fa ade mock-up proposals.
- Provide technical support during site execution when required.
Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor s Degree in Architecture/Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 8 years of experience including team management in fa ade design.
- Expertise in curtain wall aluminium composite panels unitized systems and spider glazing.
- Advanced CAD/Revit skills with strong leadership and project coordination ability.
