Responsibilities

• Space Planning
• Design and Concept
• Rendering and Perspective Drawing
• Technical Drawing and Specification
• Developing / Creating new item
• Costing (Quotation, material calculation and consumption)
• Site verification (client’s meeting, item quality checking, production meetings, site inspection, site measurement)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or any related field
• At least 1 year experience in the same scope of job
• Knowledgeable in using Auto CAD, Sketch Up, KeyShot, Enscape, and other related design tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
