Job Description
Responsibilities Provide
Level 1 IT support
for end-user computing issues, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email, printers, and basic network connectivity. Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests in the
IT service management system. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals Perform
user account support , including password resets and access issues Escalate complex technical issues to
Level 2/Level 3 support teams
when required Coordinate with onsite engineers for advanced troubleshooting and user support Follow up with end users to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLA) Assist in IT equipment setup, deployment, and basic configuration tasks Requirements Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
