Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities - MNC
- 12 months contract, subject to renewal
- Location: Central (LengKee, nearest MRT: Queenstown) AND Senoko
- Salary: up to $3200 + OT + completion bonus
Essential Responsibilities - Respond to and resolve help desk requests from end-users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral device problems.
- Provide technical assistance for operating systems, applications, and other software tools.
Hardware and Software Installation - Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware components such as hard drives, memory, and graphics cards.
- Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and updates.
- Set up and configure network printers and other peripherals.
