Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support for end users across hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Location: Phoenix, AZ
  • Pay rate :$30/hr on w2 to $32/hr on w2

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and communication system issues .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows support, deskside support, and end-user device issues .
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams when necessary .
  • Create concise, accurate, and informative tickets within the ticketing system .
