We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support for end users across hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems. Pay rate :$30/hr on w2 to $32/hr on w2
Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and communication system issues . Troubleshoot and resolve Windows support, deskside support, and end-user device issues . Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams when necessary . Create concise, accurate, and informative tickets within the ticketing system . Follow up on open tickets in a timely manner and ensure issues are resolved completely.
