• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PC-based operating systems (Windows 10 and 11)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Strong experience with automated software deployments using SCCM
• Strong experience with MS Intune
• Strong experience with anti-virus and endpoint protection
• Strong experience with remote access technologies (AVD, VPN, OWA)
• Working experience with scripting technologies (PowerShell)
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory and group policy management
• Must be ITIL Certified at minimum foundation level
