The role focuses on ensuring smooth IT operations and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle daily IT support tickets and end-user requests. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and hardware-related issues. Resolve Windows OS and Outlook-related problems. Support Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Install and support standard business applications. Maintain issue resolution documentation and reports.
