Job Title: Desktop Support

Responsibilities


+ Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users

+ Provide basic networking support including IP and DNS configurations

+ Assist with cybersecurity measures such as MFA and phishing protection

+ Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow to track and resolve issues

+ Troubleshoot Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints

+ Resolve issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems

+ Support Microsoft M365 productivity tools including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
