New Haven, CT (Onsite)
Overview
We are seeking a
Desktop Support Technician to join a growing IT team supporting a fast-paced
enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on,
customer-focused, and eager to learn, with strong troubleshooting skills across
Windows systems and endpoint support.
This is a great
opportunity to contribute to large-scale deployments, upgrades, and ongoing
support operations while delivering high-touch “white glove” service to end
users.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide onsite and remote technical support (in person, phone, email) to end users

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

+ Windows environments (Windows 10/11 primarily)

+ Active Directory (user accounts, permissions, access)

+ Hardware, desktops, workstations, and thin clients
