Job Description
This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their career in IT support. The technician will provide frontline technical assistance to end users, handle basic troubleshooting, and support desktop/laptop deployments. This person will be providing Tier 1 help desk support for end users (in-person, phone, or ticketing system)
Perform password resets and basic user account management (Active Directory preferred)
Execute and manage support queues (ticket triage, prioritization, escalation)
Assist with desktop and laptop imaging (building, configuring, deploying systems)
Troubleshoot common issues related to: Windows OS, Hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals), Basic networking/connectivity
Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system
Escalate more complex issues to Tier 2/3 support teams as needed
Maintain strong customer service and communication with non-technical users
