Overview

Job responsibilities encompass providing installation, upgrade, support and troubleshooting for Windows, Mac and other authorized desktop software/applications; managing End User Workspace hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, video and conferencing equipment, and other authorized peripherals; performing preventative maintenance; and supporting hardware moves as directed by Subject Matter Experts.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and any other authorized desktop software/applications.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware such as Desktop, Laptops, Printers, Mobile Devices, Video and Conferencing Equipment and any other authorized peripheral equipment and devices.
