Within this position, you will work with the business solutions manager to enhance systems and support teams throughout the business with IT solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the full change lifecycle, including requirements, assessment, implementation, testing, and release activities. Contribute to configuration planning and delivery.
• Manage support issues, defects, and change requests, ensuring timely triage, allocation, and resolution within agreed timescales.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for key support activities.
• Must have SQL experience.
• 2/3 years of experience in programming/coding.
