We are looking for someone who can inspire culinary teams, drive high food standards and support craft training across the business.
This role is integral to delivering our ISS Food Services strategy and ensuring consistency, creativity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Understand, develop and implement current food trends and ideas into the business Identify areas of craft development and deliver any required training Develop a culture of sharing best practice and elevating food standards Ensure nominated suppliers are used for all relevant supplies Ensure compliance with policies and procedures relating to food safety, operations management and recruitment Evaluate proposed or required service changes, assessing financial, personnel and operational implications Support the mobilisation of new contracts with relevant food concepts and standards
