**Description**

**Job Purpose:** The Development Director leads CFI’s comprehensive fundraising strategy to ensure sustainable revenue growth in support of the organization’s mission. This role oversees donor cultivation, major gifts, grants, events and development operations. The Director builds strong relationships with donors, partners and community stakeholders while guiding the Fund Development team to achieve annual fundraising goals.
