Description & Requirements The Development Director (DD) leads the delivery of complex, highly technical projects across the Creative Innovation team. The role is hybrid and based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical projects such as DataLake architecture, Data Provenance systems, and AI capability development.

Own scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff through release.

Provide career management to direct reports, including growth opportunities and performance expectations.

Define and maintain technical project roadmaps, translating complex engineering requirements into clear milestones and delivery plans.

Drive quarterly and sprint planning processes, ensuring Agile principles and continuous improvement.

Own project finances, including budget forecasting and resource allocation.

Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks.
