Development Manager

Location: Montreal | Type: Full-Time | Travel: Up to 10%

About the Role

We’re looking for a Development Manager to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team while staying close to the software development. This is a hybrid role – roughly 50‑60% leadership, 40‑50% individual contribution – perfect for someone who loves building great software and great teams. You’ll work on a cloud‑native SaaS product, Sales Cloud V2 used by businesses worldwide, in a fast‑paced agile environment.
