At Pinnacle, we are preparing for the future. To effect change across the network, the Development Manager will play a key role, working alongside District Managers, general practice and/or clusters of practices and extended care teams, in helping to identify, plan and deliver development projects/initiatives. You will ensure that change projects support sustainable health service delivery and are prioritised to focus on improving equity and eliminate health disparities particularly for Māori and Pasifika.
The Development Manager will be working with individual practices and with clusters of practices within a district, across the region and with other organisations with a focus on executing, influencing, relationship building and strategic thinking.
