Job Description
Key responsibilities: - Conducting repair and service work both on site and in the workshop
- Machine assessments and complete job cards
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all companyâs filed procedures and protocols
- Co-operate with technical team and share information across the organisation
Minimum requirements: - Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- English literacy essential
- Post matric qualification / N3
- Must be a qualified earthmoving equipment mechanic or diesel mechanic (trade tested)
