**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled **Diesel Fleet Mechanic** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of primarily Ford trucks, including both gas and diesel vehicles. You will play a key role in ensuring our equipment remains safe, reliable, and compliant with DOT regulations, while supporting both shop and occasional field service operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine issues on gas and diesel fleet vehicles
+ Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
+ Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, and equipment
+ Perform DOT inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
+ Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams for accurate diagnostics
