• Supporting the Workshop Foreman with vehicle service scheduling and planning.
• Completing and updating vehicle fault sheets upon completion of repairs.
• Providing after-hours breakdown support when required.
• Maintaining accurate work records, time records, parts usage, and job descriptions.
