Salary Range: $3,000 - $3,500
The Digital Account Manager is the main point of contact for a portfolio of childcare and early years clients. Your job is to build trust, protect delivery quality, and keep every account moving forward with clarity and momentum. You will translate business goals into practical marketing plans, coordinate internal specialists, and make sure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our work.
This is a relationship led role with strong operational discipline. You are expected to manage expectations, spot risks early, and communicate with warmth and authority. You will be accountable for retention, client satisfaction, and the smooth running of campaigns across paid ads, website work, content, and lead generation.
