Business Process Re-engineering & Discovery

• Build and sustain strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across Commercial (Business Development, Marketing, Inside Sales etc.), R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, EHS&S, functions to stay continuously aligned with business priorities and pain points
• Lead structured discovery engagements — including stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, and cross-functional workshops — to develop a deep understanding of as-is operations and identify transformation opportunities
