Element has a new role for a Digital and AI Solution Lead which will be a senior, hands‑on technical role responsible within our Built Environment business unit for designing, building, and deploying AI and data‑driven solutions that improve operational performance, client experience, and quality of outputs within a safety‑critical Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) organization accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 17065.
The role focuses on practical delivery, using data and AI responsibly in regulated environments, with particular emphasis on LLM and agentic AI solutions that support — but do not replace — expert technical judgment.
