Digital Automation Specialist

We are looking for a tech savvy marketeer to join our MarTech team in Marketing Services at Flutter UK & Ireland. In this role you will put automation at the heart of our workflow processes and drive forward our AI/automation capabilities across key digital marketing channels to improve efficiency, targeting, optimisation and campaign delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities across paid media, search, social, and affiliate marketing.
• Build automated workflows for campaign setup, optimisation, audience management, and reporting; in the process creating a playbook for marketing operators to iterate & scale.
• Partner with channel teams to integrate automated bidding, creative selection, and feed‑based optimisation programmes.
