We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join our Technology team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience working in digital or e‑commerce environments.
This role supports ongoing development of e‑commerce and customer‑facing systems, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and external partners to define requirements, shape end‑to‑end design, support project delivery, and play a key role in testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) during sprint and release cycles.
Please note, this role requires shared responsibility of covering out‑of‑hours incidents with the rest of the team, operating on a rota system.
