TailBlaze is hiring: Performance Marketing Lead 🐶📈
We’re looking for someone who can do more than 'run ads.'
Someone who understands:
creative testing, Meta campaigns, CAC, funnels, landing pages, ROAS, MER, and how to turn performance into actual revenue.
This is a hands-on growth role for someone who likes building from 0→1, not just reporting numbers in pretty dashboards.
What you’ll work on
- Meta-first paid growth
- Creative testing and ad iterations
- CAC, ROAS, MER and funnel analysis
- Landing page and conversion improvements
- Retargeting, audience testing and budget discipline
- Working closely with content, design and founders
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience
- D2C / ecommerce performance marketing exposure
- Ability to think beyond platform dashboards
- Good creative judgment
