Job Summary/Description:

KNOE is searching for a digital news leader and innovator to grow the audience and lead direct creation of local news content across digital, mobile app, streaming, and social media platforms.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

- Manage the digital content team and lead digital strategy to grow digital, social media, and streaming audiences and engagement
- Lead our team to develop workflows that deliver our content / with storytelling that is optimized for each screen
- Champion the creation of vertical videos as a reporting tool
- Analyze and actively use data and metrics to inform editorial and strategic decisions
- Actively partner with the News Director and other station leaders to lead a cross-platform strategy
