- Provide end‑to‑end support to customers (walk‑ins and phone calls), ensure product availability, and guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Solve customer issues related to orders, pick‑up, delivery, and quality to retain the customer base.
Digital Marketing
- Manage SEO activities: keyword research, image optimization, organic traffic, conversion rates, link building, and use of web analytics tools.
