Responsibilities

• Content Marketing – Conceptualize, plan, create and edit content for social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Community groups)
• Social media channels management (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Community groups, etc.) – Co-manage and execute content creation and query responding across all social media channels and owned platforms.
• E-Commerce – Monitor and update product content contained on e-commerce websites and respond to E-commerce email enquiry.
• Digital campaign – Plan, manage and monitor the performance of digital campaign or contest (including liaising with agencies.)
• Regularly update content for the website and schedule for email marketing.
• Reporting and analytics – Analysing data, providing insights and observations for improvement for campaigns, media buy, website, social media channels and e-commerce.
