Overview

As the Digital Media Senior Associate, you will support external client/advertiser-facing products such as AdWords (Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile/Apps) and Analytics, providing technical support to clients and advertisers on campaign performance‑related issues. Your efforts help ensure our ad products function smoothly and enable customers to achieve desired results.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers and customers with advertising technical issue resolution via email, chat, phone, or video channels.
• Provide prompt and efficient service, escalating issues appropriately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Google Analytics Premium, including integration, billing, implementation, customization, account setup, and mobile‑related issues.
