Overview

Purpose Of The Role The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage the finance and administrative function for the BDO Digital division by ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, internal controls, and operational support to enable sound financial management and support strategic business objectives. Responsibilities Design, develop and update financial, procurement and administrative policies and procedures Ensure that the finance and administration unit complies with laid down policies, procedures and regulations Co-ordinate the annual audit and follow-up on recommendations and action points raised by auditors Organise the preparation, approval, and execution of budget and ensure adequate budget control practices Develop and maintain sound reporting systems to facilitate effective financial management and strong internal control mechanisms Ensure an effective internal control system is maintained and adheres to statutory and fiscal...
