is responsible for developing, deploying, and sustaining digital deliverables within the Grid Integration (GI) Business Unit. The role ensures GI adopts and improves digital tools, analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled capabilities to enhance quality performance, process consistency, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. It acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, QCI process owners, and technology teams, ensuring digital solutions align with GI’s strategic and operational needs.
