About the Role
| Mō te TūrangaJoin our Digital Services team as a Digital Services Capture Operator (data entry and document processing) on a fixed-term contract from 1st April until 26th June, where you'll play a vital role in converting customer data into a digital format while adhering to client requirements and company policies.
Your responsibilities will include sorting and prep work of documents ready for processing, keying and data entry, completing tasks on time and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our production processes. You'll also interact professionally with clients and handle administrative duties as needed, along with:
Form assessment and evaluation
Document receipt, preparation, scanning, and keying
Maintaining data entry minimum keying speeds always paying strong attention to detail
