Support digitalization projects to improve business processes Assist in implementing and managing software solutions Develop and deploy basic AI/automation solutions (e.g. LLM tools, APIs) Provide user training and system support Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Fresh graduates are welcome Basic knowledge or interest in AI, automation, or digital tools Good communication and problem-solving skills Preferred
Exposure to AI/ML, cloud platforms, or automation tools Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Google AI) are a plus
