Assist in gathering user requirements, documenting workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation or digitization.
Responsibilities
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support ongoing digital projects and system enhancements. Assist in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Provide support for software development, user testing (UAT), system rollouts, and post-implementation tracking. Prepare training materials and assist in end-user training and adoption activities. Monitor and track basic KPIs for digital initiatives and escalate issues when necessary. Support coordination with vendors and internal teams for project execution. Perform data entry, validation, and basic analysis to support decision-making. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
