1. Creative & Narrative Leadership

• Brief Decoding & Ideation: Translate brand briefs into story-led video concepts and campaign narratives, in close collaboration with the creative team.
• Scripting & Direction: Ability to write, restructure, and direct content on the fly when required.
• Format Development: Identify and develop recurring digital content formats — series, IPs, creator formats — in partnership with the creative team.

2. Production Execution

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead execution for high-stakes branded content projects: influencer IPs, branded web series, multi-creator shoots, and campaign films.
