We are seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Managers to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all functions of the organization. This role is crucial in identifying areas for operational improvement, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing processes. The Continuous Improvement Manager will implement methodologies to improve the quality of products and services, reduce waste, and foster a culture of ongoing improvement throughout the company.
The role will report to the Head of Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies and processes, and a proven track record in leading cross‑functional teams to achieve measurable results.
