The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Direct Bill Associate to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

  • Learns the importance of the Direct Bill (Represents 75% of revenue and expense)
  • Enters small statements as needed.
  • Reviews downloaded statements for accuracy of revenue to funds received and reviews the commissions paid and posted.
  • Works with ops in the field for discrepancies from RSP
