The role involves promoting independence and community integration by helping residents develop everyday life skills. Responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality standards, assisting with transportation, meal planning, budgeting, medication administration, socializing, and attending doctor visits. Support is provided according to each resident's Individualized Support Plan, helping them face daily challenges and opportunities with the assistance of dedicated staff.
