Job Description
Provide strong operational leadership and direction to restaurant managers and teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and financial performance
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and systems to drive consistency, efficiency and quality across the restaurant portfolio
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies
Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate the opening of new restaurant locations and the refurbishment of existing sites
Lead and develop the restaurant operations team, fostering a positive, high-performing culture
