**_Role Overview:_**

The Director of Audience Development is responsible for driving scalable, efficient customer growth for McAfee through data‑driven acquisition strategies across owned channels. This role leads the development and optimization of full‑funnel acquisition programs, leveraging audience insights, performance analytics, and experimentation to increase reach, conversion, and customer lifetime value. Reporting to the VP, Customer Acquisition, this role will work closely with paid media, brand, product, and analytics, ensuring acquisition efforts align with McAfee’s business objectives while upholding the trust and integrity of the McAfee brand.
