Bachelor’s degree in sciences, mathematics, statistics, or related field such as business, finance, economics, or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in Financial Services, Consulting, or Analytics across other industries. Experience with Credit Risk Strategy/Modeling or Insurance Underwriting is preferred. Can drive results through cross-functional team support. Must have proven ability to interact and mediate with all levels of organization, from most junior to most senior, from all aspects of business including technical and operational. Excellent communication skills (oral & written) with ability to communicate complex concepts and solutions successfully to all levels of management and technical expertise.
